Our interactive Championship Team Building Workshop teaches your athletes what it takes to be a committed and cohesive team.  Your team will learn the importance of creating a common and compelling goal, building a lasting commitment, defining and appreciating roles, communicating, minimizing and managing conflict, and creating a more cohesive team.

 Discover how to create a Championship Culture by building and improving your team's commitment.  Learn how to develop your athletes' commitment and buy-in to your program's goals and standards.  Create athletes who take ownership of the program and hold each other accountable.  Commitment is especially crucial to off-season success, so learn how to get and keep your team fully bought in and engaged in the weight room, open gym, etc., throughout the year. 

Throw out your team's book of rules!  Our 2-hour, team-specific Championship Culture workshop teaches you and your team how to set and maintain team Standards of Behavior.  The player-created, mutually negotiated, and collectively agreed-upon Standards hold your players accountable.
