Great Lakes Sports Leadership was founded in 2019 to help schools and organizations to develop skills for coaches and athletes to become effective leaders.  GLSL works with coaches and athletes throughout the Great Lakes Region to bring proven strategies and skills.

As a fully LICENSED Sports Leadership Facilitator with the Janssen Sports Leadership Center and 30 years of coaching and teaching experience, Michael Thompson can bring your school, coaches, and student-athletes insights and experience for success.  Through his extensive coaching experience and expertise in developing effective leaders, Coach Thompson can inspire your group to take action and pursue excellence.
